When will I get my night light?
Portrait night lights are created, finished, and shipped within 2-5 days. The rest of the night lights are ready within 1-3 days. We ship through USPS First Class Mail, which will arrive to any U.S. address within 1-3 business days. We also ship worldwide.
Portrait night lights: 3-8 business days
All other night lights: 2-6 business days
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free within the U.S.! You may opt to pay for a speeder shipping at checkout. We ship worldwide but the buyer will have to pay for shipping expenses.
My night light came broken in the mail! What should I do?
Don't worry! We'll send you a free replacement. Please send us a picture and describe the state of the packaging when you opened it up. This is to ensure that we'll help change any packaging procedures to make sure all future night lights arrive safely.
What is your return policy?
